Develop aluminium and glass facade, doors & windows concepts according to Architect's / Facade Consultant's contract drawings and specifications.

Liaise with project Architect/Consultant and site personnel to produce and execute the works for assigned projects.
Plan, Implement and monitor design development, shopdrawings and fabrication drawings production schedules.
Ensure product design development costs within budget constraints Qualities.
Have relevant experience in Facade engineering especially in Alum & glazing facade, Alum Doors & Window and Steel support.
Ability to evaluate façade design and propose potential value engineering and cost savings.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

The following skills and experiences are required:

Understanding of aluminum and glass facade systems is a MUST.
Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or relevant fields
5 years of experience in architectural works such as façade design, cladding, curtain walling & glazing works.
Proficient in usage of Computer-Aided Software programs (For example, AutoCad, MS Office & Revit).
Understanding of Singapore Design practices and Relevant Codes.
Good design and sketching skills
Ability to communicate with all levels of staff
Able to work independantly.
