Roles & ResponsibilitiesWe are hiring a Outlet Managers or Outlet Assistant Managers with at least 2 years relevant experience as a hands-on, front-line staff in Coffee Shops, Restaurants, food court operations or in fast food or casual dining concepts.
Job Description-
· Lead the designated outlet and its operational and manpower planning
· Accountable for sales performance and employee issues
· Responsible for ordering of goods and supplies, receiving and checking on inventory of goods and supplies
· Ensure food safety regulations are compiled with
· Attend to customers' needs, complaints, enquiries, and requests from regulatory agencies
· Recruit, train, supervise and develop staff
· Perform related duties / tasks as required
Job Requirements -
· With passion in working F&B services industry with actual hands-on experience in serving customers and managing front-line staff and able to resolve outlet issues effectively.
· Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
· Excellent work ethic and willing to commit long hours
· Good Communication and interpersonal skills
· High initiative and positive attitude
