    Roles & Responsibilities

    Do you love animals? If you're a dog and cat lover, come join our dynamic team We operate as a hotel so we will need a full-time experienced admin to handle client accounts, handle check-in and check-out for the pets and to assist in bookings and phone calls.

    You'll work closely with our Operations Manager to run the business so the ideal candidate is someone with great energy, a pure animal lover and experience in administrative work as well as top notch customer service.

    This is a primarily English-speaking role but if you can speak a second language, that'll be a bonus.

    Suitable for Singaporean or PR. Do take note that you will be required to handle dogs and cats as well.

    Job Description:

    Customer service and customer recovery is of upmost importance

    Communicating with customers through WhatsApp

    Handling enquiries and bookings

    Checking and recording AVS required documents

    Handling payments and settlement

    Helping with Angel duties whenever necessary
