Job Description:

Working at highend concept of Yakiniku restaurant
Prepare ingredients such as portion, cut, slice, and julienne vegetables and meats
Cooking some side dishes and decorating food on the dishes following Head Chef / Sous Chef???s instructions
Maintaining kitchen equipment, tools, devices in clean condition under above standards
Managing inventories & equipment within the kitchen area by following Head Chef / Sous Chef ???s instructions
Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Job Requirements:

At least 1 year of working experience in kitchen (preferably in restaurant setting)
Japanese Grilling (Yakiniku) experience is preferred, but not a must
Good kitchen knife skills especially in cutting beef meat
Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts
Passionate and teamworking character with good interpersonal and communication skillsCompensation:
Working location: Tanjong Pagar area
Working hours: 44 hours/week (Shift between 1pm 11pm)
