Medical Director – Clinical Development

We are recruiting on behalf of a rapidly evolving pharmaceutical company seeking a Medical Director to lead clinical development across multiple indications, with a focus on Respiratory and Neurology.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own the Clinical Development Plan for assigned indication(s)
• Provide strategic medical oversight across global clinical trials
• Line manage and mentor Clinical Trial Physicians
• Lead advisory boards and regulatory interactions
• Ensure consistency, compliance, and high-quality medical governance across studies

Requirements

• Medical Doctor (Respiratory focus requires Board-Certified Pulmonologist; immunology experience preferred)
• Strong end-to-end clinical development experience (Phase I–III and registration)
• Regulatory authority interaction experience
• Proven leadership in matrix environments
• Expertise in clinical trial design and data interpretation
• Fluent English and willingness to travel
