Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, the Senior Operations Executive is an active member of the team who assists in providing support to the Schools, pertaining to school operations and administration.
Job Role & Responsibilities
- Involvement in the strategizing and execution of plans to run and improve the Schools to achieve their aims and objectives
- Work closely with the Principals, Teachers and staff to support the smooth running of the schools, particularly in handling nonroutine incidents and matters
- Periodic visits and contact with the Schools to support and to update/share developments and suggested measures from Group HQ
- Manage feedback, requests and followup work from the Schools
- Coordinate process and/or physical improvement work in the Schools
- Coordinate and liaise with government agencies and other official stakeholders on School matters
- Collate and prepare reports on the management and performance of the Schools
- Executing existing/new projects to boost operations quality of all schools
- Analyse and work with departments and schools to consistently improve processes, systems, and operations to meet excellence service standards
- Engage in discussion with functional groups such as Pedagogy / Marketing / Branding / Finance / Facilities / HR / BD to optimise operations
- Audit use of space in preschools to ensure regulatory compliance
- Create and conduct operationsrelated training sessions
- Any other duties related to operations that may arise due to the needs of the company
Qualifications:
Job Requirements
- A Degree or post graduate diploma in Education, preferably in Early Childhood Education.
- At least 3 years of teaching experience and/or working experience in a school operational role.
- Passionate about early childhood education and believe in a nonstructured approach to Early Childhood Education
- Ability to work independently and display initiative to solve problems
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin language is essential
- Carries resilience and creativity disposition
- Possess a collaborative attitude
- Possess integrity and discretion
- Be technologically literate
