Description

**Our client is a Luxury Retail MNC. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Operation Retail Manager to join their Team, in hopes of developing their current high performing team. They are located at Central.

Responsibilities:

Set standards for retail performance and retail excellence
Responsible and manage performance of each store and store operations to bring performance and build good client experience.
Work with store managers to ensure all business are in order.
Responsibilities Sales planning to ensure high performance and KPI's are meet.
Review and drive service excellence ensure stores are well verse with business needs and strategies to ensure excellent client servicing
Lead and plan activities in store to deliver client service results
Monitor store operation performance and ensure that inventory flow, demands and staff coaching are of standard.
Ensure that team members are aware with the business strategies, monitor store's stock level and productivity.
Utilize innovative plans to reduce operation cost, analyze controllable cost to meet budget.
Ensure efficient flow of store products such as merchandising, supply chain, store planning and repairs.
Any ahhoc duty as assigned

Requirements:

Min Diploma in Business administrative
Mini 6 years managerial experience with a proven track record for driving sales and profit results and training and developing a team of individuals Able to understand and analyze retail reports
