Roles & Responsibilities

The Product Development Manager plays a crucial role in steering product initiatives from inception to launch, facilitating collaboration across teams, and ensuring projects are managed proactively. In partnership with engineers and data analysts, you'll lead the development of innovative GenAI and Big Data products, ensuring they align with client needs and project goals. This position requires a blend of communication, project management, and technical understanding to support the delivery of product features and improvements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in defining and clarifying project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Contribute to product development by coordinating with the R&D team, understanding technical possibilities, and providing input on the tech stack.
• Help in building and managing data and analytics pipelines, ensuring scalability, cost-effectiveness, and meeting project requirements.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams, ensuring timely updates and smooth handovers between phases.
• Engage with clients to communicate project timelines, gather feature requests, and ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Maintain a big-picture view across projects, identifying critical paths and highlighting bottlenecks.

Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of experience in product development or R&D, demonstrating a track record of contributing to successful projects and innovations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (preferred but not required)
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Experience in project management and familiarity with tools and methodologies such as the Scrum process framework and Agile practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
