Responsibilities:


  • Oversee inbound order flow requests from clients
  • Engage current and new trading counterparties to ensure a best in class service of the highest standard is provided, building long term relationships
  • Manage the entire trade life cycle, including client engagement, execution, hedging and settlement
  • Collaborate with other departments within the company and across the group to ensure proper trade process is followed and completed
  • Review and improve the trading process
  • Work with technology team on developing and improving the trading system
  • Generate insights for creating new products, fee structures, new margin pricing etc. with detailed explanations and justifications. Also generate trade ideas and convey house views to clients

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's or Master Degree in Finance, Economics or related discipline (Fresh Grads with strong coding background welcome)
  • 13 years of trading and/or sales trading experience with strong knowledge of digital assets, commodities, equities, FX/eFX, fixed income, or derivatives essential
  • Good understanding of API integration, coding and scripts
  • Strong understanding of trade execution and risk management
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of cryptocurrencies a must
  • Strong initiative and a proven selfstarter
