Independent of supervision you will:
- Provide daytoday technical support to employees for network infrastructure and internal systems software and hardware.
- Install, configure and troubleshoot desktop systems, workstations, servers and network issues in a diverse environment.
- Monitor backups and plan for installed systems
- Maintain passwords, data integrity and file system security for the desktop environment.
- Communicate highly technical information to both technical and nontechnical personnel.
- Recommend hardware and software solutions, including new acquisitions and upgrades.
- May participate in development of information technology and infrastructure projects.
- May be clientfocused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and Outsourcing functions.
- May include companywide, webenabled solutions.

Problem Solving:
- Problems and issues faced are unclear and may need some analysis to understand. Make minor adjustments to work tasks to solve problems that may not be obvious in existing work processes and systems. However, may have references and/or standard procedures to solve these problems.
- Min. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while working both independently and in a teamoriented, collaborative environment
- Strong interpersonal skills including excellent written and verbal communication skills; listening and critical thinking; presentation skills, facilitation skills
- Ability to establish effective working relationships with stakeholders at all different levels
- Flexibility during organizational and/or business changes
- Ability to manage multiple projects while demonstrating a sense of urgency
- Effective problemsolving skills with attention to detail
- Customer Service oriented
- Ability to work under pressure
- Be self motivated, confident and decisive, with a "can do" attitude to meeting business needs
- Occasional travelling may be required in the APAC region
