We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist, located in Singapore.


Independent of supervision you will:

• Provide daytoday technical support to employees for network infrastructure and internal systems software and hardware.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot desktop systems, workstations, servers and network issues in a diverse environment.
• Monitor backups and plan for installed systems
• Maintain passwords, data integrity and file system security for the desktop environment.
• Communicate highly technical information to both technical and nontechnical personnel.
• Recommend hardware and software solutions, including new acquisitions and upgrades.
• May participate in development of information technology and infrastructure projects.
• May be clientfocused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and Outsourcing functions.
• May include companywide, webenabled solutions.

This position requires

• Min. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent

years of professional relevant work experiences

• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while working both independently and in a teamoriented, collaborative environment
• Strong interpersonal skills including excellent written and verbal communication skills; listening and critical thinking; presentation skills, facilitation skills
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with stakeholders at all different levels
• Flexibility during organizational and/or business changes
• Ability to manage multiple projects while demonstrating a sense of urgency
• Effective problemsolving skills with attention to detail
• Customer Service oriented
• Ability to work under pressure
• Be self motivated, confident and decisive, with a "can do" attitude to meeting business needs
• Occasional travelling may be required in the APAC region
