Job summary

Assist and support the office in any kind of architectural projects, take a lead role in feasibility studies, design, design development, tender documentation and contract administration, project management, training and supervision of junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Take a lead role in feasibility studies, design, design development, tender documentation and contract administration;

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Min. 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Passion for design, a commitment to continued learning and the desire to innovate.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or within a team in a proactive studio environment.
• Self-motivated with good time management skills.
• Ability to supervise and manage a team
• Chair and conduct all meetings;
• Lead, control and prepare architectural drawings, presentations and reports
• Provide critical review of drawings and able to direct junior staff to make amendments;
• To lead the project team in achieving project goals, targets and milestone dates.
• Very conversant with and able to direct or carry out site inspection, site progress documentation, including resolving problems and issues that arise during construction;
• Ensure good project document control;
