JOB DESCRIPTION
Market Heating and Cooling Services (District and Retail) or other New Energy Business Services such as electricity, solar and electric vehicle charging to potential clientsExpand clientele base through active acquisition of new clients and maintain business relations with existing clientsIdentify new business opportunities and generate revenue through services providedPerform full sales function, including pre-sales activities, preparing proposals and responding to clients' requestsPerform user requirements gathering and understand their needsWork with project development colleague and contractors to prepare technical proposal and obtain project costingRun financial modelling and structure commercial deal for customersFormulate business proposals and make effective presentations to clients and consultantsSuch other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to timeJOB REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Engineering preferred or Degree in Business with a Diploma in EngineeringMinimum 3 to 5 years of working experienceExperience in M&E or ACMW is an advantageHas exposure in Financial ModellingAble to demonstrate strong business acumen and commercial awareness with proven track record in sales / marketing and business developmentExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsSelf-motivated and good team playerWork experience in a regional business development role will be a plusBUSINESS UNIT
