+ Job summary: The Customer Support Manager will provide end-to-end customer service and technical support for Mobile (mainly Marine) products across APAC region.+ Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering
  • 2–5 years of experience in technical support/service operations/customer service engineering/commissioning
+ Responsibilities
  • Act as primary contact for customer queries relating to products/service requirements/technical issues
  • Provide pre-sales/post-sales support ensuring timely accurate responses
