The job might be for you if you possess the following qualities:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Medical Entomology or related disciplines
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of mosquito bionomics, insecticide resistance and management
  • A record of highquality scientific research, demonstrated by publications in peerreviewed scientific journals, will be an advantage
  • Experience in leading a vector control/laboratory/research programme, including managing and developing a team of researchers, will be an advantage
  • Excellent organisational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and to manage multiple priorities concurrently
  • Selfdriven and open to development opportunities
