Responsibilities:


  • Assist the project with all administrative functions and processes
  • General Administration support to the project team including accounting and materials procurement
  • Sourcing quotations from suppliers
  • Maintaining general office supplies and pantry
  • HR duties includes arrangement for interview and employment processes
  • Produces information to all department through memorandum by editing, retrieving and transmitting documents
  • Updating manpower organization and preparation for monthly submission of report
  • Processing HR duties and submitting government benefits claims

Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills

Reference/ Experience
