Description
Roles &Responsibilities:
- Assist the project with all administrative functions and processes
- General Administration support to the project team including accounting and materials procurement
- Sourcing quotations from suppliers
- Maintaining general office supplies and pantry
- HR duties includes arrangement for interview and employment processes
- Produces information to all department through memorandum by editing, retrieving and transmitting documents
- Updating manpower organization and preparation for monthly submission of report
- Processing HR duties and submitting government benefits claims
Education Qualification
Expertise/ Skill
Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills
Reference/ Experience
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
