Senior Manager - Singapore - EMA Energy Market Authority
Description
To provide strategic communications and engagement counsel for EMA's management and departments.- Develop communications and engagement plans for EMA's policies, initiatives and events for both international as well as local media and audiences, including digital communications and content.
- Lead in media cultivation, including formulating media materials for announcements and crafting talking points
- Work with PR agency to conceptualise and execute communications plans in support of EMA's key focus areas, including the Singapore Energy Transition.
- Work with parent ministry and stakeholders on message development and engagement strategies.
- Keep abreast of media and energy landscape and narratives internationally and locally to maximise media pitches and opportunities
- Execute communications for issues or crisis management
