Responsibilities:

Handle a portfolio of clients across diverse industries
Perform corporate secretarial and compliance related duties with professionalism, integrity and service excellence
Handle all aspects of the frontline service activities, ensuring smooth operations

Requirements:

Good knowledge of Companies Act
Minimum 25 years of corporate secretarial experience
Possess positive attitude and responsibility
Mature thinking and service oriented
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work independently and work under tight deadlines
Strong Service-Orientation with high tolerance level and critical thinking and problemsolving skills, ability to influence, work in teams, resourceful, responsible, tenacious, independent, selfconfident, highenergy, etc Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required as you will need to handle clients who are Mandarin and/or English speaking
