Summary:

  • The Accounting Officer will carry out general accounting duties for accounts receivable as well as employee expenses claim function.

Responsibilities:


  • Perform daily accounting operations include AR reporting, prepare invoices, processing and monitoring incoming payments, and data entry timely and accurately
  • Prepare SoA for customers
  • Prepare monthly aging AR and portfolio reports
  • Process and prepare monthly accounts receivable reconciliation
  • Monitor daytoday cash inflow
  • Collaborate with business operations to manage customer invoice queries as well as disputes and outstanding accounts
  • Handle vendor master data creation and modification
  • Review and process staff business expense claims in Concur system, and ensure rechargeable expenses are charged out to customers by the end of each month
  • Make sure accurate, timely with proper compliance of company policies and procedures
  • Support global projects and new IT system rollouts
  • Any additional relevant duties assigned by the Company

Requirements:


  • Diploma or above in Accountancy
  • At least 3year relevant working experience in similar position and company scale
  • Proficient use of SAP is essential
  • Experience in Aviation industry would be an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Excel
