- Teamwork with functions like Facilities, Environment Health & Safety, Operation etc. to review and update site energy and water improvement roadmap and plans.
- Tracking and monitoring of energy and water performance trending and distribution.
- Work with vendors and contractors to identify potential opportunities for energy and water efficiency improvement to deliver KPI.
- Exploring latest technologies & innovations in sustainability and work with contractors for implementation.
- Yearly submission of ECA (Energy Conservation Act) and WEMP (Water Efficiency Management Plan).
- Planning towards certification for ISO 50001 Energy Management System
- 5 working days i.e. Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Facilities Engineering or related field of studies.
- SCEM (Singapore Certified Energy Manager) certification
- 2-3 years relevant experience in leading sustainability and knowledge of ACMV/HVAC, Compressors, Building Management / Automation System.
- Project management skill
- Computer skills in MS Office i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Team player and able to work well in a team setting to achieve goals.
