Financial Analyst - Singapore - Allegis Group Singapore Private Limited

Description

We are looking for a dedicated business analyst who deep understanding of the problems customers are facing and am accountable for capturing and communicating customer requirements as well as ensuring requirements are appropriately translated into digital solution designs.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with customers early in the product development process to capture business requirements as input into the digital solution design and build, and align the priority of functionalities to be developed within the product accordingly.
• Work closely with customers to establish business outcomes definitions, and manage business requirements through product delivery to ensure business outcomes are met.
• Part of a scrum team and he/she will lead the sprint planning session by providing business goals and priorities.
• Align immediate business needs to longer term strategy system roadmap by working closely with Product Manager/Product Owner and key team members from other workstreams.
• Partner closely with QA testers and developers to ensure quality deliverables.
• Forge strong working relationship with business stakeholders to handle their new requests, operational issues or queries.

Requirements:

• Bachelors' degree or higher in Computer Science or appropriate field of study.
• 1 to 2 years' experience as a Business Analyst
• Proven track record in delivering digital products using Agile Methodology
• Knowledge or working experience in commodity trading is preferred but not mandatory.
• Having human centred design or design thinking experience will be a plus.
