WORKING HOURS:

Monday-Friday 0900-1800

Saturday 0900-1300

SALARY:

$2000-$3000

Assistant Responsibilities:

• Manage our social media accounts and online presence
• Generate leads and handle marketing communications on company's social media platforms
• Copywriting, designing and creating promotional materials and content
• Create and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Monitor and analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns and make recommendations for optimisation
• Help identify industry and marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation
• Weekly-Monthly Photocopying, Scanning, Filing and recording
• Assist in other inquiries assigned.

Assistant Requirements:

• Detail-oriented, Organized and Initiative
• No experience required (on-the-job training)
• Willing to learn and be independent
• Self-motivated and proactive with passion and creativity
• Have an eye for details and aesthetics
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Basic knowledge of design softwares.
• Knowledge of digital marketing or related qualifications/field of study
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, OneNote, OneDrive and other administrative applications
• Flexible, initiative and interested in SME setting
