Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Recruitment Consultant to join our Commodities Team. In this 360 recruitment role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing candidates within the commodities sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong networking skills, a passion for building relationships, and a drive for exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates for commodities-related roles.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
• Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to attract top talent.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
• Negotiate terms of employment and offer packages with clients and candidates.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to provide strategic advice and guidance to clients and candidates.
• Meet and exceed individual and team targets while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably within the commodities sector.
• Strong understanding of the commodities market and relevant industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with recruitment software (e.g., Applicant Tracking Systems).
