ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate the booking of food and beverage events by managing outside solicitation and incoming inquiries.
  • Perform cold calling to acquire sales leads
  • To hit weekly KPI as set
  • Use creative planning in the design and structure of catered events & menus
  • Working closely with clients to include handling inquiries related to food and beverage
  • Coordinate with internal food production and service team
  • Staff, Servers, Chefs, Runners to ensure the successful execution of catered functions
  • Conduct site inspection prior to events commencement
  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 1 year of sales experience in any of the related field
  • Catering Food & Beverage/Restaurant/Wedding
  • Excellent customer service and able to interact well with clients
  • Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills as need to communicate across levels
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Strong selling and interpersonal skills
  • High level of creativity, accuracy and eye for detail
  • Possesses own laptop with Microsoft Office (2016 or later), in working condition
