    Description

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee the quality management process for new product introductions, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality plans for NPI projects.
    • Lead quality assurance activities, including the creation and execution of test plans, validation protocols, and risk assessments.
    • Monitor and analyze quality metrics, providing regular reports to management and stakeholders.
    • Investigate and resolve quality issues, working closely with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, ensuring compliance with relevant quality standards and regulations.
    • Collaborate with suppliers and external partners to establish and maintain quality requirements for NPI projects.
    • Develops and applies quality standards in accordance with company and customer requirements. Develops and conducts related tests.
    • Lead by example, coach, consult, advice and/or train different levels of stakeholders and AMAT new product introduction teams in problem solving and in addressing quality issues and the systemic improvement projects.
    • Develop and Proliferate BKMs for NPI Operations such as FMEA, deep dive analysis, Test gap analysis, problem solving etc.
    • Designs and implements methods and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and/ or production equipment.
    • Utilizes drawings, specifications, industry standards, and sketches, adapting inspection measuring devices and procedures when necessary. Read and interpret technical drawings and specification requirements.

    Key Requirements

    • At least 10 years of relevant experiences in NPI and Quality
    • Semiconductor industry experiences would be preferred
    • High familiarity with relevant ISO, quality standards/ processes and tools knowledge
    • Prior experiences in driving quality and/or manufacturing process improvements
    • Quality processes and tools knowledge
