Administration Manager - Singapore - D L RESOURCES PTE LTD
Description
Provide support and be involved with monthly payroll and billing activities- Provide administrative support for the business operations of the company
- To handle office management and general administrative tasks
- Conduct regular internal audits to ensure company's standard operating procedures and processes are adhered to
- Work with company management and stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to enhance business processes and operations
Job Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and internetsavvy
- 5 to 10 years of related experience in administrative support
- Excellent spoken/ written English and communication skills
- Organised, meticulous and able to multitask
- Ability to handle high level of confidentiality
- Independent, disciplined, motivated, good team player with positive working attitude and leadership qualities
