Reporting to Operations Manager, Operations Executive is responsible for the efficiency, presentation & accuracy of warehouseResponsibilities:
- Receiving, check incoming shipments, GRN.
- Preparing and packing items for outgoing shipments/delivery.
- Inspection of Tyvek Paper, chip trays, wafers as per work instructions.
- Stocktake and checking of stock condition for slow moving items.
- Upkeep of store, eg. Cleanliness & tidiness.
- Liaise with transporter for delivery matters.
- Cutting of PFA tubing, laser marking, sorting and inspection of wafer and other secondary operations as assigned by Operations Manager.
Requirements:
- 'O' Levels or equivalent.
- Experience working in warehouse environment.
- Some experience using Sage software or using barcode system will be an added advantage
