  • Develop monthly sales execution plan at item level.
  • Submit outstanding sales order report to sales manager and follow up on SBU forecast and updating of project delivery status include OS and inquiries.
  • Analyze open sales order and communicate with sales regularly to obtain most updated info.
  • Participate monthly OS meeting with sales department
  • Analyze sales history, adjust forecast ratio based on sales trend and strategy.
  • Analyze sales result against forecast to trace forecast error so as to improve sales forecasting.
  • Assist SCM manager to review sales plan with sales managers
  • Analyze and report OS cancellation, Overdue OS and delivery forecast accuracy.
  • Approve PR and PO in SAP. (tier before SCM manager)
  • Analyze reasons for shortage and excess stock.
  • Monitor inventory status and propose action plan in case of stock out or excess. E.g. compile old model, excess stock list and discuss with sales to develop sales plan.
  • Analyze sales history, propose and review stock policy to ensure optimized stock level.
  • Perform regular inventory, purchasing and logistic cost forecasting. And assist SCM manager on inventory, purchasing and logistic budgeting.
  • Prepare various reports to management fro decision making. e,g. monthly inventory report, SCM report, sales order cancellation report, outstanding sales order report, customer property report, logistic cost report, scrap units report etc.
  • Assist SCM manager to solve logistic issues.
  • Assist SCM manager to organize and plan stock take (Mar and Sep), compute stock adjustment QTY and amount, maintain physical stock accuracy at acceptable level.
  • Propose improved business process to optimize supply chain, to assist SCM manager on implementing new business process.
  • Document SCM work process, stock policy and change history.
  • Assist in budgeting, estimating and target inventory landing.
  • Work with Sales Manager to reduce slow moving and obsolete stock.

Job Requirement:


  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or Supply Chain Management or any equivalent.
  • At least 2 years' experience in sales forcasting, inventory management and logistics management.
  • Experience in sales process is preferred
  • Knowledge of SAP will be advantageous
