Roles & Responsibilities

NX Global Engineering is seeking an Assistant Manager to join their expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, monitor, and report daily maintenance activities.
Build and nurture strong relationships with customers.
Manage resources to ensure timely project completion.
Prepare and submit inquiries and quotations to customers.
Create and oversee budgetary controls.
Provide regular reports to the Maintenance Manager.
Handle any additional tasks assigned by the Maintenance Manager.

Requirements:

Candidate must have a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in Mechanical, Electrical, Pharmaceutical Engineering, or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the process sector.
Skills required: Sales, Communication, Project Management, Technical Applications.
Ability to work well under pressure and independently with minimal supervision.
Highly motivated and proactive individual.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
Fast learner, disciplined, and results-oriented.
Capable of working on construction sites and in outdoor environments.
