Responsibilities:

Responsible for the supporting the activities in the Processing Kitchen, including preparing food products and productions, maintain cleanliness, hygiene and safety of the kitchen, clean equipment and tools.
Any other duties or tasks as assigned by the Factory Manager

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude, proactive and have great enthusiasm to learn
Must be comfortable with repetitive work activities, operating machinery and physically demanding work conditions (i.e. long standing hours and working in cold environment below 15°)
Must be able to work on 8 hours rotating shifts, weekends and Public Holidays
Possess good fish cutting skills with at least one year of experience in related field
Uniform and shoes will be provided
