Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the supporting the activities in the Processing Kitchen, including preparing food products and productions, maintain cleanliness, hygiene and safety of the kitchen, clean equipment and tools.
- Any other duties or tasks as assigned by the Factory Manager
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude, proactive and have great enthusiasm to learn
- Must be comfortable with repetitive work activities, operating machinery and physically demanding work conditions (i.e. long standing hours and working in cold environment below 15°)
- Must be able to work on 8 hours rotating shifts, weekends and Public Holidays
- Possess good fish cutting skills with at least one year of experience in related field
- Uniform and shoes will be provided
