    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities
    • Work with stakeholders to understand each department's business roles and access provisioning processes
    • Review the application access matrix and department role matrix.
    • Define business roles in identity Management System
    • Perform reconciliation in the Identity Management system
    • Provide administrative support to IDM team
    • Work on BAU issues and resolve issues as per agreed SLA
    • Execute queries via BI to generate reports required for daily monitoring.
    • Application on boarding into Identity Management Solution
    • Work on application access reconciliation and centralized access repository
    • Segregation of Duty (SOD) rules maintenance in Identity Management System
    • Work with Internal & External Auditors

    Requirements:

    • 3-6 years of working experience in Identity and Access Management domain.
    • 3-6 years of working experience in Database SQL & reporting.
    • Knowledge on RBAC (Role Based Access Control).
    • Knowledge on Oracle Identity Manager
    • Comprehensive knowledge of MS Excel
    • Strong verbal and written skills
    • Excellent computational ability
    • Effective communication skills
    • Ability to multitask effectively
    • Maintain high level of quality and productivity
    • Work independently with minimal supervision
