An exciting opportunity has opened up at a global bank seeking an experienced CRM Delivery Manager.

This is a senior leadership role in Technology with a high-visibility mandate to optimize digital retail and wealth product capabilities.

Responsibilities:

Work with engineering and business teams to execute endtoend projects that aligns with business strategy
Define CRM Tech strategy and target operating models globally, understand intricacies, trends and challenges to positively influence change in customer solutions and experience

Requirements:

Bachelor and/or Masters in Technology or relevant field
Deep experience delivering largescale CRM programs and managing teams across locations
Excellent communication, presentation and engagement skills
Agile project management and Scrum experience
Knowledgeable in CRM systems, processes and fronttoback capabilities. Expertise in MS Dynamics CRM is highly advantageous
