We are seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant:
This position would require an expert to contribute to different phases of the consulting lifecycle.

You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, and propose and create the solution.

You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution.

You will guide teams on project processes, and deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope.

You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or three years of progressive experience in the speciality in lieu of every year of education.
At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.
This position may require travel to project/client locations.

Preferred Qualifications:

At least 7 years of SAP HCM implementation experience including SuccessFactors
At least 2 endtoend project experience in SuccessFactors modules
Sound knowledge of HR business in the core HR processes
Knowledge of Setup Configuration within SuccessFactors
Good understanding of the solution and data structure in SuccessFactors
Excellent Analytical and Communication skills
Experience in leading small teams in the global delivery model
Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
