Responsibilities :

• Work with customers, vendors, forwarders, warehouse personnel & distributors for shipping arrangement
• Arrange goods inspection
• Process shipping documents & CO application
• Perform order fulfilment - Process order and arrange shipment, Issuance of Purchase Order
• Manage Inventory Reports
• Assist Logistic Manager for month end account closing

Requirements :

• Minimum 1-2 years of related experience
• Proficient in MS Office
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin in order to liaise with the vendor in China.
