Key Responsibilites
- Communication with members respond to membershiprelated enquiries, feedback and requests
- Prepare membership package for new members
- Manage and maintain members database
- Disseminate information and publicity materials
- Invoicing and tracking of membership subscription
- Organize events for members like the Induction Comitia
- Perform full range of administrative duties including reports preparation, gathering statistics, correspondence, filing, digitalization of records, preparation and safekeeping of certificates and records, sourcing for vendors, keeping stock and preparation of academic gowns and gifts
- Support and execute membership engagement initiatives set by the Council and its committees
Requirements:
- Polytechnic Diploma with 2 years relevant experience in administration, membership organizations or data management
- Experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal skills
- Possess good numeracy and data management skills
- Proficient in MS office
- Strong organizational skills with ability to see through projects from start to finish
- Meticulous with an eye for detail
- Works well under pressure and is able to meet deadlines
- Able to work occasional evenings and weekends for meetings and events
