Description

Responsibilities

  • Record and follow up on feedback until closure of case.
  • Liaise with various Statutory Boards, Government Departments (i.e. HDB, PUB, Town Councils, MOM etc.) and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of works
  • Design and prepare monthly newsletter (if required) to update residents and public on the work progress.
  • Arrange for defect inspections in response to feedback by stakeholders
  • Organize and coordinate both ectification works in the upgrading precinct
  • Maintains the reputation and goodwill of the company.
- planned and ad-hoc public relation monthly report and weekly management meeting updates

  • Responsible of Site Office Administration work.

Requirements:


  • Diploma or Degree in Communication / Marketing / Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in Town Council project in Singapore
