Project Assistant - Singapore - VERZTEC CONSULTING PTE. LTD.
Description
To perform vendor sourcing, recruitment and evaluation, as well as management of vendor listing- To work closely with the Project Management and the Marketing departments in ensuring that the best suppliers/vendors are selected for all the clients' projects
- Involves in price negotiation that allows the company's costs to remain low without compromising on the quality and timeline
- Find resources and dispatch jobs immediately to the linguists to give the most optimal timeline for them to translate as to avoid translation quality issues due to rushed projects
- Logical checks of translated files, elearning courses, website and design printed materials (e.g. check if bugs are removed correctly)
- Multitask and prioritize your tasks by deadlines. Supporting the Project Managers with multiple ongoing projects at different phases e.g. client review, translation stage, DTP etc
- Organized and Meticulous due to handling multiple projects and files with different languages and QA work
- Any other miscellaneous tasks as required by Project Management department & Senior Management
Job Requirement:

Singaporeans only:
- Minimum Diploma in Business or relevant fields in IT business
- Possess good interpersonal skills, selfmotivated and problemsolving skills
- Detailed oriented, and able to plan and keep track of project schedules well
- Proficient in English both spoken and written
- Training will be provided
