    Job Title: Sales Manager

    Job Description:

    Asia MD Pte Ltd is a healthcare resource provider who works with medical doctors, healthcare professionals and wellness companies to create healthcare-related information and solutions.     This is a 6-month WSG Mid-Career Pathways Programme training job opportunity for those above 40 years old to become a sales manager for regional healthcare business.

    Key Responsibilities:

    You will be responsible for driving sales, implementing effective promotional strategies, and achieving sales growth targets.

    Your role will also involve conducting analysis to identify potential growth opportunities and developing customer relationships with healthcare professionals and wellness companies.

    Leveraging on digital tools for enhanced engagement and executing an omnichannel sales plan will be part of your daily activities.

    You will be acting as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries related to account management, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to their needs.

    Establishing good working relationships with key stakeholders and nurturing lasting client relationships through consistent delivery of exceptional service and a sincere dedication to their satisfaction.

    Carrying out post-sales activities, actively identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling company products and services to existing clients.

    Advocating for clients' interests by collaborating with internal departments to ensure a clear understanding of their needs and seamless service provision.

    Keeping abreast of the latest company offerings, assessing their competitiveness in the market, and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of industry trends to offer clients well-informed recommendations and insights.

    Conducting any other ad hoc duties assigned by the management.

    Skills & Competencies:

    Self-starter, high-level of personal motivation and results-oriented.

    Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

    Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales.

    Full knowledge of company products and services, competitive landscape as well as market and industry trends.

    Good knowledge of client account management and the ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients.

    Excellent listening, communicating, and presenting skills. Ability to articulate well on company products and services.

    Ability to synthesize data/insights into actionable business tactics.

    Structured problem-solving skills, analytical rigor and planning skills.

    Positive attitude, good interpersonal skills and strong customer-focus.

    Possessing digital sales experience is an advantage.
