    Roles & Responsibilities

    Description:


    • Basic $2,500-$3,000/month


    • Working location: Central


    • Working days: Monday to Friday


    • Working hours : 9am to 6pm

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and prospecting activities.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their logistics needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Collaborate with internal departments, including operations, customer service, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
    • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.
    • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability and minimize risks.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to identify potential business opportunities and threats.
    • Monitor sales performance metrics and report on progress towards sales targets to management.
    • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote company visibility and generate leads.
    • Continuously strive to enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and professional development activities.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience in sales, preferably within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
    • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
    • Strong understanding of freight forwarding concepts, services, and industry trends.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
    • Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and persistence to pursue sales opportunities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in sales management software and Microsoft Office suite.
    • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and business development activities.
