About Company:

Our client was started in 1965 as a medical hall and became a wholesaler and distributor of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1980.

The company owned a manufacturing facility to manufacture its medical products. Our client is GMP certified. The company owns a total of 6 retail outlets and is located across different regions in Singapore.

Job Description:

• Manage daytoday operations for the company's ecommerce platforms, including process daily sales orders, invoicing, attend to customer enquiries and handle returns.
• Work closely with delivery/warehouse team to ship out daily orders timely
• Upload product listings on ecommerce platforms
• Ensure product information (e.g. pricing/promotions/product images) are uptodate
• Generate monthly sales report and work closely with finance team to provide supporting information for account reconciliation
• Resolve any ecommerce platform issues
• Provide administrative support and adhoc duties as required

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business or related fields
• Preferably with 2 years of experience in managing ecommerce operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Proactive and positive attitude
• Excellent team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Meticulous with good organizational skills

Compensation:

• Location: Kaki Bukit, Singapore
• Working hour: Monday to Friday 8am5:30pm
• AWS (1 month basic salary)
• Variable bonus
