The People, Performance & Culture (PPC) team contributes to making KPMG a great place to work by implementing best-practice programs to attract, recruit, develop, groom and retain the best and brightest talents.

In driving our talent agenda, we are looking for a Manager, Talent Management to shape our talent programmes, with responsibilities over talent assessment, talent review, talent development, succession planning, and programme management.

As an Associate Director, Talent Management, you will:

Support the design, review, and enhancement of framework, strategies and initiatives for management and development of talents in the organisation.
Collaborate with HRBPs and internal COEs to implement talent and leadership programmes in alignment with the overall talent strategy.
Plan and execute talent management framework and processes to identify, develop and retain talent to meet the talent needs.
Cofacilitate talent review sessions with key stakeholders to identify and manage highperforming individuals for succession planning and missioncritical roles within the organisation.
Develop toolkits, guides, and communication materials on the talent programmes for talents, and key stakeholders.
Gather and analyse data and feedback to measure the effectiveness and impact of our talent programmes.
A relevant bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience in Talent Management
Good planning and organizational skills
Strong project management/ implementation capabilities and able to follow through
Ability to assess programme effectiveness and recommend effective solutions to address improvement areas of the talent programmes
High attention to details
Excellent verbal and written communication skill
