Job description
- Automation Strategy: Develop and execute the automation strategy for the organization, identifying areas where automation can improve efficiency, productivity, and quality. Collaborate with stakeholders to define automation goals and priorities.
- Automation Development: Lead the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions using appropriate tools and technologies. This includes analyzing business processes, identifying automation opportunities, and designing efficient and scalable automation workflows.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of automation developers and engineers. Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise to the team members. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of automation projects.
- Automation Tools and Technologies: Stay uptodate with the latest automation tools, technologies, and best practices. Evaluate and recommend suitable tools and technologies based on the organization's requirements. Coordinate with vendors for tool evaluation, procurement, and licensing
Must have
- Insurance domain knowledge.
- Pruduct development knowledge.
Job Type:
Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay:
$8, $10,000.00 per month
