Compliance Data Insights Specialist

This role involves leading and contributing to analytical efforts aimed at ensuring regulatory adherence and internal policy alignment across operations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design systems and dashboards that monitor transactional patterns, optimize operational workflows, and support global compliance frameworks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory environments, risk modeling, or compliance analytics, as well as experience with data tools such as SQL, Python, R, and data visualization platforms like Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik.

A background in developing automated compliance or fraud detection systems is a plus, as is prior exposure to AML, KYC, or regulatory reporting processes.

Develop and manage data visualization dashboards and tools to enhance regulatory reporting and internal monitoring.
Own and fulfill stakeholder data requests, translating complex data into actionable strategies.
Support automation and workflow improvement within compliance processes.
