The successful candidate will be responsible for the functional role in the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of Dynamics 365 Business Central, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.

Job Descriptions

• Design, Test, Train, Implement, and Support customizations in Application Software for new and existing customers
• Provide support to reconcile and fix Application Software data, as required
• Identify software or service opportunities including training, modules, business process consulting, and development
• Document and communicate issues, risks, and changes within in Application Software project management software
• Coordinate application updates, hotfixes, and upgrades to existing customers
• Backup role for Application Support Desk and escalated support issues
• Assist with creating and maintenance of internal and external product training curriculums and documentation

Requirements

• Diploma or University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accountancy, or related disciplines;
• At least 2-3 years' experience in application software support environment, project delivery and implementation preferably from ERP Solution provider environment
• Experience in working on design, configuration, training and support of business application
• Prior experience in setting up NAV/D365 BC on-premise as well as on cloud environment is an added advantage
• Candidate with accounting and application business process knowledge is a plus
• Customer handling skills, service oriented and problem-solving skills
• Customer facing remotely and physically
• Ability to manage and meet customer expectation and delivery timelines
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment running multiple tasks under tight deadlines and able to work with minimum supervision
• Willing to learn and Can-do personality, training will be provided for Microsoft Dynamics 365
