The General ManagerIndian Cuisine Operations is a critical management role to oversee the Indian cuisine operations. The role reports to Director business development of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Profit & Loss management
- Developing unique restaurant recipe involving a) North Indian cuisine, Indian Chinese Cuisine & c) Indian sweets
- Menu engineering
- Sourcing high quality ingredients
- Marketing development
- Inventory management
- Social media startegy & execution
- Managing staff up to 15, both chefs & service staff
- Complying to SFA requirements
- Maintain high standards of food safety, food quality, and food hygiene.
Key Requirements:
years of working experience managing Indian cuisine including Indian Chineseindependently.
- Proven track record of managing restaurants of similar size
- Experience of working in Singapore
- Ability to work in multi cuisine kitchen & restaurant environment.
- Experience in cooking Mexican/Arabic cuisine is an added advantage.
- Experience in managing F&B franchaise model
Qualifications / Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Formal culinary training certification
- Profit & Loss management
- Indian cuisine Menu Engineering
- Demonstrated knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- Understanding of menu and recipe development techniques
- Experience of using ERP & Accounting system
