Wits Info is looking for IT support Engineer to join our ever growing family Attending to our clients on site around Singapore and also enjoy the comfort of your home work by supporting remote users.
Windows 10 / 11 familiarity is a must and ensuring a good general knowledge on laptop and desktop hardware with Windows servers and Microsoft 365.
Able to handle Chinese softwares.Diagnose and resolve server, network, hardware and software issues escalated by users.
Ad-hoc IT works
Job Requirements:
At least 2 years of relevant working experience on IT infrastructure technical support, experience in networking( router and switches), Firewall, Windows Servers, MS Office 365, Anti-Virus Software and/or Backup/Recovery systems.
Available on ad-hoc basis for End-user
Customer oriented.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$2, $3,200.00 per month
