Title:

Principal Engineer (Static)

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the design and selection of speciality static equipment and packaged equipment on EPC projects like Glycol Dehydration Package, Chem Injection package, H2S removal package, Produced water treatment Package, High Pressure process vessels, Separators, Air Coolers, S&T Heat Exchangers, etc. through the various engineering work phases (i.e. FEED studies, and detailed engineering for Offshore, FPSO and onshore Projects)
Responsible for Detailed engineering and design of Packages and high pressure Static Equipment in compliance with International codes ASME Sec VIII Div1, Div2, Australian code AS1200/1210, AS4343 and EN13445 European codes, UKCA on EPC projects in compliance with International API codes & Client Specification requirements
Responsible for preparing technical specifications and data sheets for speciality static equipment and packages, such as Glycol Dehydration Package, Chem Injection package, H2S removal package,Produced water treatment Package, High Pressure process vessels, Separators, Air Coolers, S&T Heat Exchangers, etc
Responsible for complete Requisitioning of speciality static equipment and packages
Coordinates work with interdisciplines, client and suppliers
Responsible for the technical evaluation of Bids, prepares technical bid tabulation reports by interacting with Suppliers, clients and inter disciplines
Participates HAZID, HAZOP, Model Review studies for packages, coordinates and close out Mechanical related issues
Performs vendor document and design reviews for speciality static equipment and packages

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering with minimum 12 years of experience
Possess relevant experience working on EPC projects with reputed International clients
Offshore Project experience (Well Head, Fixed Platforms and FPSO) is preferred
Shall be well conversant with International Industry Codes such as European Codes, Pressure Equipment Directives (PED), CE marking, ASME, API etc
Should possess coordination / communication skills and very good knowledge of spoken and written English language
Experience with AS 4343, PED, ATEX Requirements and UKCS regulations will be an added advantage
