Collaborate with project managers to develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.

Oversee construction activities onsite to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
Monitor and inspect construction materials and workmanship to ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications.
Act as a liaison between project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify and address any technical or logístical issues that arise during construction, offering practical solutions to minimize delays or disruptions.
Maintain accurate and organized documentation of project progress, including daily reports, work logs, and any changes to plans or specifications.
Enforce and promote strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations, creating a secure work environment for all personnel onsite.
Monitor project expenditures to ensure they align with the approved budget and make recommendations for costsaving measures where applicable.
Regularly update project managers and stakeholders on the status of construction projects, highlighting achievements, challenges, and milestones.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to achieve project goals collectively.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.
Familiarity with relevant software tools, including project management and design software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
Strong leadership and decisionmaking skills.
