Business Analyst, you will perform a key role in delivering the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's online services including Bing, Office 365, Xbox, OneDrive, and the Microsoft Azure platform.

- Clean, analyze, and visualize a variety of data and metrics to identify opportunities, insights, and anomalies.
- Develop automated dynamic reports and dashboards to support key business functions and initiatives.
- Summarize and clearly communicate data analysis assumptions and results.
- Support daytoday operations with adhoc analysis.
- Work across a diverse group of stakeholders to ensure we collaboratively improve, adapt, and adopt our processes and support software systems to support rapidly changing business requirements.
- Assist in preparation of quarterly spend management review materials at datacenter site and regional level.
- Coordinate closely between datacenter field operations teams and Regional Business Operations to foster alignment and partnerships for business success.
- Ability to work independently in a remote workplace setting.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
Additional or Preferred Qualifications:
- Operational thinker and problem solver with excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Working knowledge of datacenter infrastructures (e.g., Critical Electrical and Mechanical systems, vendor support services, headcount planning).
- Strong problemsolving skills, analytical capabilities, data analysis and attention to detail.
