Business Analyst, you will perform a key role in delivering the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's online services including Bing, Office 365, Xbox, OneDrive, and the Microsoft Azure platform.

Responsibilities:

Clean, analyze, and visualize a variety of data and metrics to identify opportunities, insights, and anomalies.
Develop automated dynamic reports and dashboards to support key business functions and initiatives.
Summarize and clearly communicate data analysis assumptions and results.
Support daytoday operations with adhoc analysis.
Work across a diverse group of stakeholders to ensure we collaboratively improve, adapt, and adopt our processes and support software systems to support rapidly changing business requirements.
Assist in preparation of quarterly spend management review materials at datacenter site and regional level.
Coordinate closely between datacenter field operations teams and Regional Business Operations to foster alignment and partnerships for business success.
Ability to work independently in a remote workplace setting.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

2+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis

Additional or Preferred Qualifications:

Operational thinker and problem solver with excellent analytical and reporting skills.
Working knowledge of datacenter infrastructures (e.g., Critical Electrical and Mechanical systems, vendor support services, headcount planning).
Strong problemsolving skills, analytical capabilities, data analysis and attention to detail.
