Facilities Executive - Singapore - INTERLOCAL EXIM PTE LTD
Description
The Role:
- Assist the Facilities Manager with all operational activities relating to facilities and maintenance for all company's properties (Commercial, Industrial, and Residential)
- Manage minor A&A works M&E/facilityrelated repair and replacement works
- Ensure proper operation and preventive maintenance of facilityrelated equipment such as HVAC, fire protection system, plumbing, lighting, generator, etc.
- Liaise and coordinate with contractors for repair and preventive maintenance of facilityrelated equipment
- Assist with the management of security operations to ensure a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, customers, and others
- Manage the company's property portfolio
- Perform any other duties assigned
Requirements:
- A Diploma/Degree holder in Building, Estate Management, or related discipline Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in building maintenance
- Experience in performing simple handyman jobs and perform basic electrical handson works
- Able to interpret electrical diagrams
- Team player, resultsoriented, selfmotivated, and resourceful
- Possess good interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills
