Structured Financing Department

Responsibilities

  • Work on syndicated loan transactions with a focus on structured and leverage finance.
  • Assist in department's daytoday activities which include creation of presentation material, deal execution, banking processes, and business administration.
  • Provide support to department in management of stakeholders, credit analysis, internal operation liaison, internal projects, etc.

Requirements:


  • Undergraduate in Business/Finance or other relevant courses.
  • Deep understanding of investment banking industry.
  • Good accounting skill and knowledge.
  • Satisfactory skills or understanding in financial modelling preferred.
  • Willingness and quick ability to learn.
  • High level of initiative.
  • 6 to 12 months commitment.
